Senior Maintenance Engineer (Robotics and Automation) Night Shift and 4 Open Roles Job Overview Our client, a leading robotics and automation company, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role involves undertaking reactive and planned engineering maintenance activities on mechanical handling equipment (MHE) such as conveyor networks, lifts, cranes, and belts, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Compensation Base salary range: USD 32.00 - 35.68 per hour Additional 10% night shift premium Benefits: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation and Sick Days, 10 Paid Public Holidays, Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Account, Company Paid Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program.

Must-Have Skills Associate's or Vocational degree in an electrical or mechanical related discipline, or advanced training with a minimum of five years of experience. Minimum of five years of direct experience in the mechanical or electrical field. Strong electrical experience, preferably within an FMCG environment. Knowledge and experience working with controls, analyzing faults, and providing solutions. Experience with both reactive and preventative maintenance. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multi-disciplined team. Comfortable working at heights using various access equipment. Good technical ability relating to automation hardware and software. Sound analytical skills with an eye for detail and a practical approach. Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems. Proficient with G-Suite and MS Office programs. Key Responsibilities React to MHE breakdowns (mechanical and electrical), locate faults, analyze issues, and complete fixes promptly. Keep accurate records of work activities, tasks, parts used, and other relevant information. Align priorities and monitor KPIs to support optimized service for end customers. Work closely with inbound, pick, dispatch areas, and other support teams to ensure planned engineering activities fully support operational goals. Perform assembly and sub-assembly repairs by following work instructions, blueprints, and schematics. Collaborate with other departments to increase machine reliability, diagnose breakdowns, and action repairs. Attend meetings, analyze data, and find solutions to improve equipment performance. Participate in projects to develop effective engineering installations and commissioning. Conduct quality inspections to ensure work is completed to a safe standard.
