**Customer Service Specialist**

* Bellevue, WA

* Full Time

* Customer Support

* Entry Level

* Provide excellent customer service

* Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

* Respond to complex customer calls

* Resolve customer service inquiries

* Achieves assigned Service Level Agreements to customers

* Maintains level of high customer satisfaction

* Meets and extends service requirements

* Reports to the Customer Service Leader

* Works closely and collaboratively with the sales and development teams

* Familiarity with Web Technologies and the Internet

* Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues

* Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel

* Excellent oral and written communication

* Ability to summarize technical customer issues into notes that are readable by other parties

* Ability to work weekends and/or evenings, if needed

* Familiarity with CRM or Ticketing systems

* Experience in Technical Support

* A drive to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems

* Some college experience in a technical field

* Excitement to learn new technologies and help customers succeed

* Proven success in a fast-paced support environment

* Experience building or hosting a website

* Known as the go-to person in your family for technology-related questions

* Strong technical supportability and aptitude in a distributed computing environment, which also includes supporting end-user desktop applications and tools

* Software testing

* Technical writing skills
