To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

Core Responsibilities

Implement effective business development strategies to bolster Hypertec’s global market footprint. Uncover growth avenues in the enterprise, data center and HPC customer sector. Deploy comprehensive programs to maximize revenue and increase margin across Hypertec HTS’s (Hardware Technology Solution) portfolio of products and services. Design, manage, and act on a dynamic 3-year strategic growth plan. Assess customer motivations, expenditure behaviors, and emerging tech inclinations. Craft outreach strategies targeting pivotal stakeholders. Prepare and track customer opportunities, sales funnel, forecast vs actual on a 3-year rolling basis. Consistently engage, and proactively outreach with both existing and prospective clients to fortify trust and rapport; with the goal of securing a long-term business partnership. Proficiently manage journey from prospect to client; present, build and propose Hypertec value, systems, and solutions effectively.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; 7+ years of proven professional experience in selling IT server/compute technology products and services to the enterprise customer market. Well-versed in complex sales cycles, with multiple decision makers, influencers and stakeholders; leading projects which involve cross-functional teams and external partners. Capable of grasping and presenting with conviction, the technical and business advantages of HTS’s product and service portfolio. Outstanding communication skills with a natural ability to effectively engage with C-level executives, technical staff, and operations teams. Effective team collaboration and team-building abilities; an accountable team player that promotes a team-first approach. Robust skills in process management, problem-solving, and self-organization. Proven professional in formulating and implementing intricate and complex sales strategy. Ability to nurture and leverage existing client relationships and networks. Depending on region, frequent travel may be required. Excellent track record in meeting and exceeding quotas. Strong competency in CRM data input & management, Microsoft Office Applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). The foresight to evaluate present and anticipated market scenarios, adapting strategies accordingly.
