To learn more, visit . **Job Description** The Manager of Analytics is responsible for all aspects of Credit management for a high growth Retail Card Service (RCS) p&l. This will include working closely with product team to shape the Credit vision to support Responsible Growth for Bank and partners. The incumbent will be responsible to bring thought leadership in design, review, implementation, and management of First party credit abuse risk across Retail portfolios in the business. Also be the leader to develop, coordinate, manage, and production of the analytical environment to achieve Financial (measurement, forecasts and business budgets) and Credit estimates that support acquisition, portfolio and executive strategies and decisions for both In-store and digital space while operating in established Risk appetite. **Requirements** o Owns the credit policy, and underwriting standard modifications for RCS. Measures and monitors the product credit risk exposure, drive proactive actions and guidance across the entire customer lifecycle strategy o Oversees retail credit acquisition and portfolio analysis in support of financial, regulatory and risk management requirements including exposure tracking o Researches, evaluates, develops, tests and applies quantitative models and methodologies for analyzing risk exposures, acquisition and account management strategies o Design first party abuse program in business, covering vendor selection, measurement design, working with cross-functional team for support in Implementation, Operational treatments, monitoring results, foster champion-challenger discipline, and the matrixed stakeholder management o Actively engage with model development team to test modelling approaches for better segmentation of opportunities to balance risk-reward o Participates in and supports several decision-making committees for the retail credit and portfolio management approaches with 1st and 2nd line teams o Exercises independent judgment by displaying and reaching conclusions on the most complex portfolio issues as well as assumes accountability for high quality recommendations regarding the credit portfolio o Performs independent analytical initiatives including portfolio modeling, Stress Testing and migration analysis. Works with TDBFG Analysts to determine and validate key Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Exposure at Default (EAD) factors that are critical to internal Allowance for Loan and Lease Loss measures o Prepares and delivers management reporting necessary to ensure accurate and thorough measurement of risk factors present in retail credit products o Mentors and supervises retail credit risk senior managers, provides leadership direction and answering questions as needed. Provides guidance and assists staff with most complex aspects of work as necessary o Establishes oversight of business lines compliance/risk controls and periodically evaluate risk mitigation efforts to make adjustments as risk/department influences change. Ensures TD Bank maintains successful audits and exams within all areas o Ensures effective compliance with all job-relevant State and Federal regulations, including, but not limited to Employee policies, procedures, CRA EEO/ AA, as well as with all job relevant Risk Management and Corporate standards - Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position. **Qualifications** o Bachelors degree required; Graduate degree preferred o 10+ Years of related experience o Strong quantitative and statistical skills to determine sound, defensible approaches to forecasts and analyses o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Experience in change management related to the adoption of new business processes o Extensive experience in organizing and presenting credit portfolio results and allowance requirements to Senior Management Committees, External Analysts, Auditors, Regulators, and Board of Directors o Industry analysis and presentation experience **Hours** 40 **Inclusiveness** At TD, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued, respected and supported.
