Summit Veterinary Referral Center is hiring a Full time Client Service Representative for our Front DeskJob Summary:We are seeking a reliable and friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and checking them in to the hospital. You will be responsible for assisting clients, discussing fees and payment options, answering questions about emergency cases that may need to be seen, and collecting deposits and payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Greet clients with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional customer serviceAssess patients at arrival and determine the appropriate level of care needed for each petDiscuss clinic fees and payment optionsAnswer client questions regarding clinic services and pet careCommunicate with veterinary technicians and veterinarians regarding patients statusMaintain client information and medical records in an accurate and organized mannerQualifications:Prior experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred, but not requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work well in a fast-paced and stressful environmentDetail-oriented and able to accurately manage and prioritize tasksStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacyCompassionate and caring attitude towards pets and their ownersOperations:Client Services operates 7 days a week, we are seeking someone with flexible availability.Benefits:Hourly pay range- $17.00 - $26.00 depending on experienceNight differential paid for any hours worked within 6pm-6amMonday- Thursday $3/hrFriday-Sunday $5/hrInterested in joining our team?
