Timely preparation of discovery to opposing parties, and respond to discovery by opposing parties. Development of new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients. Meeting requirements for designated minimum billable time (hours/receivables) Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Construction Defect, General Liability, Labor Law, Commercial Litigation Property Liability, Auto, Labor Law and/or litigation. Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing with bar of the State of California and able to be admitted in all Federal District Courts in California, if not already admitted. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and research skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product. Strong computer skills including, MS Word, Outlook and Excel, Westlaw and time-billing software.
