This individual will work closely with the engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure all changes are thoroughly evaluated, approved, and communicated to all relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the change request process for all product design and development projects.• Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to evaluate, approve, and prioritize change requests.• Develop and maintain engineering change documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.• Communicate change information to all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, in a timely and effective manner.• Implement and monitor a tracking system for change requests to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates on change request progress.• Ensure change control processes are followed and all documentation is complete and accurate.• Develop and implement new processes and systems related to engineering change management.• Mentor and train junior Engineering Change Associates as needed.• Identify and implement best practices for change management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.• Collaborate with senior management to ensure change management processes align with business goals and objectives.• Ensure all regulatory and quality compliance requirements are met. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.• 9 or more years of experience in engineering change management or related field.• Strong leadership and project management skills.• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Thorough understanding of change management processes and systems.• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.• Extensive knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications.• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.• Ability to lead and implement best practices for change management processes.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management.
