This organization, specializing in Sterile Injectables, is focused on expanding their Contract Manufacturing capabilities. They are in search of a Senior Project Engineer who will collaborate closely with various teams to oversee the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of Capital Projects.
With a workforce of around 1000 across two locations, you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious group dedicated to producing not only their own complex Oncology and Urology products but also providing manufacturing services for clients in the Sterile Injectables sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects of varying sizes concurrently, from the initial development of project scope and design documentation to the oversight and completion of all construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) processes.
- Lead the creation of project plans, including the preparation and review of project proposals, objectives, budgets, scopes, user requirements, functional specifications, timelines, deliverables, milestones, risk assessments, and roles and responsibilities.
- Act as the primary contact for capital projects, ensuring that essential initiatives are achieved and that critical milestones are delivered on schedule.
- Possess a solid understanding of P&IDs and the ability to interpret sequencing effectively.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
