Responsibilities & Expectations:

As a Financial Coordinator for IPS, you will perform a variety of general Accounts Receivable duties for the Shared Services department. Diagnose incoming units, disassemble, repair, assemble, and prepare items for shipment

Perform duties related to receiving payments and posting amount to customer accounts daily against Wells Fargo bank's reports

Contact bank and customers to help identify unapplied/unidentified funds

Properly process credit card payments for customers

Deposit and post other funds received at Corporate location

Reconcile cash to general ledger daily & monthly

Participate in regular month-end closing duties

Participate in other projects as assigned by the Manager

Participate in the IPS mission, vision, goals, and objectives as they relate to corporate office

Qualifications and Competencies:

Associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred

Minimum 3 years Financial/Accounting experience preferred

Experience with Microsoft AX, NetSuite, Traverse, ACS systems preferred

Experience with customer portals, like Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, etc. preferred

Experience in month-end close, AR & AP, preferred
