This position is located in Sun Prairie, WI, and will be a hybrid work environment, working remotely from their home office and in-person in Sun Prairie. Who are we? Palmer Johnson Power Systems is a national remanufacturer and authorized distributor of heavy-duty off-highway transmissions, axles, and components. We have been in business for over 45 years and represent vendors such as Twin Disc, ZF, Funk, Clark, Wichita, Eaton, Carraro, and more. We are a dynamic industry leader who is committed to providing Superior Customer Service . About The Opportunity This is not your typical Customer Service role but is best described as a combination of Customer Support and Inside Sales. We represent an extensive list of different product lines with complex inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to assisting both new and existing customers via phone and email with locating parts lists, identifying parts/units, quoting, order processing, purchasing, returns, and damages while working with internal departments (accounting, warehouse, service, etc.) and our external vendors. (degree preferred but not required) Do you have experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management roles and have a passion for providing great customer service? Do you have experience in the off-highway industry? Automotive, Industrial Drivetrain, Hydraulics, Engine, and/or off-highway (preferred but not required) Do you have a sales mindset and are goal-oriented? Do you have problem-solving and critical thinking skills to provide best-in-class solutions for our customers and business? Are you professional in all interactions including emails, phone, and in-person? Are you able to learn new systems, have above-average computer proficiencies, and work within multiple programs? Are you able to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency, request help when needed, and be a self-starter?
