  • Support the Hardware Lifecycle: Assist from concept to production, covering requirements analysis, electronic design, debugging, testing, and qualification.
  • Lead Electronic Hardware Development: Spearhead the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware products, components, and subsystems.
  • Specification Development: Create detailed circuit board specifications, Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) level specifications, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and test plans.
  • Prototype Hardware Support: Oversee component selection, procurement, and manage the build of prototype hardware.
  • Engineering Solutions: Develop engineering design fixes and coordinate the implementation of solutions.
  • Advanced Technology Initiatives: Contribute to advanced technology initiatives, Internal Research and Development (IRAD) projects, proposals, and demonstrators.
  • Documentation and Tracking: Maintain meticulous records, tracking design changes, debug statuses, and hardware/software revisions.
  • Display Technologies Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with display technologies such as LCD, OLED, and LED.
  • Display Metrology: Demonstrate hands-on experience with methods and equipment used in display metrology, as well as familiarity with display architecture and design.
  • Video Distribution Techniques: Experience with display technologies and video distribution techniques is preferred.
  • Specialized Design Experience: Have experience in LED bezel design, ruggedizing display LRUs, and integrating touch screen technology.
  • Head-Mounted Display (HMD): Previous experience with head-mounted displays.
  • Display Measurements: Experience in display metrology and measurements.
  • LCD Backlight Design: Knowledge and experience in LCD backlight design and characterization.
