Director of Operations

Harrisburg PA Company is a leading organization dedicated to providing high-quality services to individuals in need. The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing corporate functions, and managing information technology efforts. Salary $85K-$125K (DOE)

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Corporate and HIPAA Compliance Officer. Oversee compliance with HIPAA regulations, investigate breaches, and report incidents.

Supervise information technology staff.

Ensure technology meets organizational needs and supports employees.

Maintain the electronic health record system, electronic document storage.

Develop and report on the organization's Quality Management Plan.

Oversee the Quality Improvement staff in developing monitors, incident management, and certified investigations.

Lead special projects as assigned by the Executive Team.

Lead corporate efforts in developing existing and new services, alliances, or mergers.

Ensure familiarity with all regulations and agency policies.

Model exemplary leadership internally and externally.

Promote a positive culture for all employees, emphasizing inclusiveness.

Communicate effectively and respectfully with all stakeholders.

Engage in relevant trainings and demonstrate flexibility and dependability.

Superior judgment and reasoning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in operations management, compliance, and information technology.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead teams effectively.
