**Position Overview:**

Responsible for answering the phone, greeting callers, establishing the reason for calling, and resolving issues by contacting the appropriate team member to assist the customer. The rep will also provide customer service support to ensure an excellent standard of service and make sure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

Record and deliver messages

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide delivery information to customers

Record Proof of Deliveries/Bill of Ladings

Answer and route a high volume of calls companywide while providing quality service to our customers

Assist the Credit & Claims Department with calls in regards to general credit request inquiries

Participate in additional Costa Experience team initiatives and key deliverables as needed

**Qualifications & Skills:**

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must be bilingual

Must work well under pressure

Must have a minimum of one year of experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Software skills desired Outlook and MS Office (Word/Excel)
