Position Summary The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all marketing initiatives at the properties of JACK Entertainment. This includes leading the Advertising, Player Development, General Marketing Promotions, and any associated Database Marketing strategies. The role demands a seamless integration of marketing strategies across various platforms and departments, ensuring flawless execution and a consistent brand message. The position requires extensive experience in property marketing, direct marketing campaigns, data analytics, and team leadership, serving as a senior leader within the marketing department. Essential Functions Develop and implement the property's marketing strategy in collaboration with marketing functional leads. Serve as the senior representative in dealings with other marketing teams, providing recommendations based on historical performance and insights. Lead the on-site senior marketing team, ensuring the efficient execution of marketing strategies, optimizing customer service, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Oversee the development and execution of promotions, leveraging database analytics to drive customer loyalty and return visits. Coordinate with corporate brand, advertising, and PR teams to develop cohesive brand messaging and media plans. Manage financial reporting for marketing expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and industry regulations. Facilitate effective communication of marketing programs to leadership and staff, maintaining high service scores and Player Development results. Drive the development of career paths for marketing talent, retaining top performers and ensuring compliance with all legal and corporate policies. Foster a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical behavior within the marketing department. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and achieve forecasted goals. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with team members of all levels and external partners. Proficient in developing business strategies in a multi-channel environment. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on leveraging analytics for decision-making. Effective project management skills, ensuring inter-departmental coordination. Ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment with strong critical thinking skills. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field required. Minimum of 5 years of senior-level marketing experience, including direct marketing and database marketing within a customer-centric industry. Proven ability to lead marketing teams, develop direct reports, and collaborate across departments. Extensive knowledge and experience within Corporate Marketing and Property Marketing operations. Demonstrated ability to uphold the highest level of integrity and comply with industry regulations. Must be 21 years of age. Required

Certification/License Must be able to obtain, and maintain an Ohio Casino Control Commission Key Gaming License, and a Sports Gaming Employee License Must be able to obtain, and maintain an Ohio Lottery Commission Key Gaming License
