Front Desk Supervisors accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and friendly manner, and assist the front office staff in daily duties and long-term goals. Duties/Responsibilities:

Able to make reasonable and professional decisions Accurately manage cash drawer and credit card system Communicate pertinent shift information to the next shift and direct supervisor Assist and guide the front office staff through their daily duties and responsibilities Assist w/ training Front Desk staff Maintain a positive work environment Check guests in and out of the hotel courteously and pleasantly. Use the appropriate phrases and greetings when interacting with guests. Conduct yourself in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters Offer assistance to the individual needs and requests of all guests Ensure guest needs are responded to in a timely and efficient manner Provide information about available services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions, making reservations as needed Use proper telephone and reservation etiquette including describing the hotel, proper rate quotation, and capturing reservations Operate phone system in, at times, a fast-paced environment You are responsible for working safely and conscientiously and ensuring the Department staff members work in a safe and conscientious manner Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Level5 High Touch service Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexibility with shifts and scheduling Must be available for PM/Afternoon shifts on weekends and/or occasional holidays Must have transportation to and from work Must have stellar attendance and punctuality Education and Experience:

High School Diploma is preferred At least 1 year of work experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent or similar position in the hospitality/service industry Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift. Must be able to access and navigate the facility. Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment. Work is routine and repetitive and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
