**Job Description:**

Our strong reputation for quality customer service has been the foundation of our success since 1978. As the customer's primary point of contact, you will have the opportunity to solidify the customers desire to do business with us for years to come.

This position involves proactively selling solutions to our customers problems (whether its providing product and technical advice).

**Responsibilities substantially vary but include, and are not limited to, the following:**

**Leadership:**

* Addressing inventory demands

* Coach and mentor employees

* Demonstrate leadership skills

* Maintaining a safe work environment

* Provide constructive feedback and suggestions

* Display good judgment and decision making skills

* Provide passion about selling and motivating others

**Customer Service/ Sales:**

* Meet and exceed sales quotas

* Utilize excellent computer skills

* Recommend new product offerings

* Assist customers with buying decisions

* Providing product and technical advice

* Learn new products and industry trends

* Understand business-to-business sales

* Assist with product order placement

* Assist sales reps in establishing new leads

* Work as a part of our nationwide sales team

* Telesales, showroom sales, and some outside sales

* Educate customers through product demonstrations

* Address concerns or questions a customer may have

* Attend product/ industry seminars and training events

* Utilize resources such as marketing materials and vendor relationships

* Identify incremental sales opportunities within existing customer base

* Develop professional customer relationships (in person and over the phone)

Required Experience

* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

* 1-2 year(s) supervisory/ leadership experience

* At least 2-3 years of recent inside/ retail sales experience
