Description ABOUT THE JOB: The Commercial Operations Coordinator assist the Project Manager and the Field Supervisors in the execution of jobs. Coordinate and communicate with the field Operations team to execute projects on time and within Budget.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate assigned projects from cradle to grave including but not limited to initial set up/staging, material, equipment, dumpsters, metal production, deliveries, canvasing subcontractors, demobilize and close outs. Maintain focus on customer service. Communicate and work closely with the Field Operations team to meet schedule requirements and project timelines. Ensure production sheets are completed on each job. Ensure all the job file contains all necessary documentation. Ensure all change order requests are documented and reported. Maintain and effectively communicate the status, progress to date and expected completion schedule for all jobs to the Management team. Complete daily reports for clients as required. Communicate as needed with customers regarding job status and project milestones. Assist the call center with answering phones. Assist with taking payments from residential customers.
