Job Description

What You'll Do:

As a valued member of the deposit operations team, you will perform a wide variety of functions within the deposit operations area. You will build relationships with internal and external customers while providing legendary service. Your strong combination of interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills makes you a valued team member.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Conduct relationships and activities consistent with established bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Provide accurate and timely service to internal and external customers.

Act as a resource for operation and customer issues exercising discretion and good judgement.

Resolve difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of compliance (Bank Secrecy Act, REG CC) and fraud issues for protection of customer and bank.

Specific Job Duties May Include - dependent upon experience:

Reg CC hold review. Exception item processing.

Subpoena research.

Special processing for bid accounts

Positive Pay maintenance

Fraud Alert research and resolution

Requirements

High school education or equivalent

Previous banking experience - 2 years or more

Strong research and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong computer skills - Word, Excel and Outlook Strong customer service skills Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
