Responsibilities: Coordinate audit activities for IFRS audits between external auditors and various internal departments. Interact with external auditors to resolve audit-related questions and issues that arise. Assist with the annual audit process for the Benefit Plans, including preparation of stand-alone financial statements. Prepare, gather, and analyze supporting documents for both external and internal audits. Enhance current project processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, or effectiveness in daily activities and ensure project objectives are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and internal team members to promote open and timely communication. Support other activities undertaken by the Audit Services team, including audit closing presentations, management reports, and more. Research and document technical accounting issues. Facilitate internal control reviews. Undertake special projects as assigned.
