**Job Description:**

* Ensure the Warehouse/Supplies department is meeting and surpassing departmental objectives with special attention given to internal and external customer service.

+ Cost Control

+ Communication, both internally and externally

- Proper follow-up (timely manner)

* Ensure personnel safety standards, workplace housekeeping, and security of the work environment.

* Oversee shipping/receiving/inventory control/safety/delivery and return of all products.

+ Manage Cycle Counts

+ Manage Dead Stock

+ Manage INV Turns

+ Manage INV Variances

+ Monitor Cost adjustments

+ Warranties

* Continually work to improve or create processes which yield the greatest effeciencies.

* Monitor company's or department's performance, prepare reports for senior management, and plan for changes to schedules and policies.

* Develop and maintain productive warehouse by hiring, training, providing professional development, and conducting annual performance evaluations.

* Responsible for team assignments

* Provides assigned team their individual quarterly reviews and Annual reviews

**Work Experience, Education, Training/Certification Requirements:**

* Legal U.S. Citizen

* High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred

* 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area

* Valid Drivers License & Insurability

* Must be able to perform all duties of a Shop Supervisor
