Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time Picker/Packer. This role is part of our 2nd shift team, working four days a week (either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) from 2pm-8:00pm. The compensation for this position is based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pull orders based on our pick-to-light system
  • Weigh and sort products according to customer requests
  • Prepare retail store orders
  • Build shipping boxes
  • Assist with pre-packing
  • Contribute to general warehouse cleaning and upkeep
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred
  • A solid work history demonstrating proven reliability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Responsibility for equipment or processes
  • A self-motivated team player who can work effectively without supervision
