Overview: Client is seeking an IT Business Development Representative to work out of our Burnsville headquarters to generate new opportunities who is not just motivated by an unlimited earning potential, but also by a genuine desire to help improve local businesses through technology. Whether you are a seasoned professional or someone looking to get started on your career in sales, we would love to speak to you about this opportunity Client provides the support and training you need to personally and professionally succeed in this role. The

IT Business Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation, utilizing various channels including cold-calling and email campaigns to generate, qualify, and track leads . The primary focus will be to secure first-time appointments with prospects, clearing articulating the value proposition of our Managed IT Services, and generating new business for client.

What you will do: Identify, target, and qualify potential Managed IT Services customers through research,

cold-calling , networking events, referrals, targeted email campaigns, and social media to build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business leads and opportunities. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage and qualify leads and secure first-time appointments with our team of Sales Evangelists. Track and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation and qualification, prospecting activities, and opportunity qualification. Utilize CRM tools and sales methodologies to effectively manage sales cycles and meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications: At least 1 year of recent outbound

business to business (B2B) sales experience with cold calling

and appointment setting experience preferred. Proven success in a competitive environment. Reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: College degree not required. Previous B2B sales experience preferred but not required. Ability to establish rapport & develop long-lasting business relationships.
