We accomplish this by exemplifying our core values...safety, integrity, teamwork, innovation, service-minded, and community oriented.What does a Summer Associate learn about and do?Understanding the logistics and operations of our commercial, institutional, and wholesale business operationsStores materials/equipment as needed in the facility.Upholds environmental health and safety standards.Works closely with internal customers such as Distribution Center team members, Branch Associates and Sales Managers)Provides excellent customer service to external customers who visit the site (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)Learn parts tracking and management process to maintain parts and supplies and pull orders when needed.Collaborate with forklift team to support material handling to plan for the staging, loading, and unloading product process.Other duties as assigned by the Distribution Center ManagerFollows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace.Willing to work a daily schedule from approximately 8:00am - 4:00pm (some teams may plan a work schedule that can flex up to 60 minutes to support the business needs.)About UsCarrier Enterprise (CE) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc.
