Job Summary

Sun East Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager II to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch office, promoting our products and services, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Operations: Supervise the day-to-day activities of the branch office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to members.
  • Leadership and Development: Guide and advise branch employees in their roles, providing coaching and training to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with senior management, other departments, and branch staff to ensure seamless operations and accurate information sharing.
  • Customer Service: Ensure members receive prompt, accurate, and pleasant service, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Security and Compliance: Maintain the security of the office, vault, and sensitive documents, adhering to regulatory requirements and credit union policies.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community-related business organizations and solicit new business opportunities to promote the credit union's growth and development.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a financial institution, with a proven track record of sales and customer service leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and public relations skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
