**Role Summary:**

Bio-Techne Denver is looking for a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for daily shipping duties, domestic and international shipments. The position will be best suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to jump in no matter where they are needed. This position is full-time.

**Role Responsibilities:**

+ Team Collaboration: Work with the warehouse staff, to ensure all daily tasks are completed. This includes but is not limited to domestic shipments, international shipments, cycle counts, stocking products and inbound receiving.

+ Quality Assurance: Ensure that all in-bound and out-bound materials are handled accurately in accordance to training. (DOT, Hazmat, IATA, etc.)

+ Lead By Example: Maintain a positive attitude such as optimism, adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

+ Safety: Prioritize safety in all work-related activities. Proactively identify and report safety concerns.

+ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and compliance documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.

+ Carry out other duties as assigned. Work may change from day-to-day within reason.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience:**

+ **High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education and experience a plus.**

+ **Excellent communication skills oral and written.**

+ **Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize all projects**

+ **Shipping and Receiving experience a plus.**

+ **Must be comfortable using a computer, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word.**

+ **Highly focused on details and process improvement**

+ **Knowledge of Production Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or other ERP systems.**

+ **Must be able to work in freezer conditions (-20 Celsius). While intervals may be short, much of the workday will be spent going in and out.**
