SEAKR Engineering is seeking a seasoned Material Program Manager to spearhead the development and execution of material strategies, oversee financial reporting, and establish key processes to build a robust Material Program Management function. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of Material Program Plans, Subcontract Management Plans, and strategic planning tools.
* Manage Risks and Opportunities: Develop and implement Material Risk & Opportunity plans to ensure program commitments are met and proactively manage mitigation strategies.
* Financial Oversight: Support financial management reviews using Earned Value Management (EVM) through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
* Coordinate Across Functions: Collaborate closely with Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to synchronize schedules based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
* Monitor and Improve Performance: Track supplier performance metrics, address program and functional issues proactively, and provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews.
* Subcontractor Oversight: Ensure effective supplier execution performance by managing subcontractors' schedules and commitments.
* Forecast and Meet Commitments: Forecast material sales and ensure that financial commitments are met.
