Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support accounting functions within our Infrastructure Portfolio in Operational Expenditures. This role involves working primarily through month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and managing large data sets through reporting in Excel. The successful candidate will also support our lease accounting team and related accounting functions tied to infrastructure assets leases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Act as a subject matter expert and provide accounting guidance to our internal business partners.
+ Manage the period-end close process by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all accounting entries, reconciliations, and analytical reviews.
+ Review and evaluate the accounting implications for new contracts or modifications to existing contracts.
+ Drive projects, process improvements, and new system implementations.
+ Supporting various aspects of our accounting and reporting process.
+ Journal Entries
+ Supporting monthly Audit
+ Execute judgments to keep projects moving and ensure the right decisions are reached to close the books each month.
+ supporting the accrual process
Hard Skills
