Key Accounting Specialist Responsibilities: As an integral member of our finance team, the Accounting Specialist will play a pivotal role in refining and optimizing critical financial processes, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR): Accounts Payable (AP): Perform detailed reconciliation of vendor records, meticulously addressing and resolving discrepancies. Proactively manage overdue invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Streamline AP processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Process invoices with precision, maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Accounts Receivable (AR): Conduct thorough cleanup and reconciliation of AR accounts, contributing to the overall accuracy of financial records. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to resolve outstanding receivables and foster strong cross-departmental relationships. Identify and implement improvements to enhance the AR workflow, ensuring a smooth and streamlined process.

Job Requirements: To thrive in this exciting role, our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist, with a focus on AP and AR functions. Proficient in using accounting software; experience with Business Central is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
