Accounting Manager - Client Relations and Review Specialist

Hybrid (Predominantly remote with 10-20% office or client site presence)
Travel Requirement:

Approximately 5-10%, primarily during peak periods for client engagements
Role Summary
As a pivotal member of our client's team, the Accountant - Client Relations and Review Specialist will spearhead client engagement initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reviews. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for clients, understanding and addressing their financial objectives and requirements.
Conduct detailed financial statement reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Offer customized financial advice, aligning solutions with client needs.
Uphold the highest standards of quality assurance in all client engagements.
Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting for review processes.
Educate clients on financial best practices and literacy.
Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting or related field; CPA certification highly preferred.
4-6 years of experience in accounting, with a strong emphasis on financial reviews and client relationship management.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Superior communication and client management capabilities.
A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Support for ACCA and CECCAR, ASPAAS certifications.
Daily meal tickets (RON 20/day).
