Content Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content marketing plan that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our target audience. This role will focus on creating diverse content types, with a particular emphasis on video and use-case content, while also understanding and leveraging performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own the overall content strategy for SmythOS, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.
Lead ideation and creation of diverse content types, with a strong focus on video content and use-case scenarios that showcase the value of our AI orchestration platform.
Create an editorial calendar that encompasses all content types, including but not limited to videos, blog posts, social media content, whitepapers, and case studies.
Oversee the entire content creation process from conceptualization to publication, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop content that effectively communicates our product features, benefits, and unique value proposition.
Stay up-to-date with AI industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to inform strategy and maintain our position as thought leaders.
Analyze content performance metrics across all channels and platforms, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
Develop and manage relationships with external content creators, influencers, and industry experts to expand our content reach and authority.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with our overall digital marketing strategy.
Lead the production of video content, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and distribution across relevant platforms.
Create and maintain a content repository that can be leveraged across various marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in content marketing, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating diverse content types, with emphasis on video production and use-case content.
In-depth understanding of content marketing best practices, SEO, and social media strategies.
Proficiency in video production tools and techniques, including scripting, editing, and post-production.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and social media management platforms.
Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a strong plus.
