Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content marketing plan that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our target audience. This role will focus on creating diverse content types, with a particular emphasis on video and use-case content, while also understanding and leveraging performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the overall content strategy for SmythOS, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Lead ideation and creation of diverse content types, with a strong focus on video content and use-case scenarios that showcase the value of our AI orchestration platform.
  • Create an editorial calendar that encompasses all content types, including but not limited to videos, blog posts, social media content, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Oversee the entire content creation process from conceptualization to publication, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop content that effectively communicates our product features, benefits, and unique value proposition.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to inform strategy and maintain our position as thought leaders.
  • Analyze content performance metrics across all channels and platforms, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external content creators, influencers, and industry experts to expand our content reach and authority.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with our overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Lead the production of video content, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and distribution across relevant platforms.
  • Create and maintain a content repository that can be leveraged across various marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in content marketing, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating diverse content types, with emphasis on video production and use-case content.
  • In-depth understanding of content marketing best practices, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in video production tools and techniques, including scripting, editing, and post-production.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a strong plus.
