We are searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team. This role supports the HR Team performing accurate and timely activities across several HR areas while providing a high degree of customer service. The Coordinator serves the organization and its 175 employees with strong interpersonal skills; the ability to manage multiple priorities using strong attention to detail, time management & organization; and solid computer skills including HRIS aptitude.

Responsibilities include communications such as newsletters, bulletin boards and website; employee engagement events, surveys, and recognition; maintenance of compliant files & postings; data reporting and audits, assisting with volunteer recruitment and communication.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a Human Resource department
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with employees, applicants, and vendors
  • Ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all work
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise diplomacy
  • Ability to be proactive and independently solve problems within the scope of authority
  • Strong organization, planning, and project management skills
  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $28-$32 an hour (depending on experience)
