Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – Entry Level

As we continue to expand our presence in the market with subsidiary companies Red House Streaming and RHStv, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:·

Campaign Coordination:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc).

·

Content Development:

Help create, proofread, and optimize marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, website content, commercial and PSA scripts, and other collateral.

·

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.

·

Project Management:

Coordinate various marketing projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget while meeting objectives.

·

Analytics and Reporting:

Collect and analyze marketing data (website traffic, campaign results, social media engagement, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide reports to the team.

·

Collaboration:

Liaise with internal teams (e.g., design, sales, product) to ensure alignment and coordination in marketing initiatives.

·

Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing and promoting company events, trade shows, or exhibitions.

·

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining marketing databases.

·

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies, create content calendars, and engage with the audience across various social platforms.

·

Email Marketing:

Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.

·

SEO and SEM Support:

Collaborate on search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and assist in managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.

·

Graphic Design Coordination:

Coordinate with design team for the creation of visual assets, ensuring they align with the brand and campaign objectives.

·

Budget Management:

Assist in managing the marketing budge, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

·

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Help maintain CRM systems, manage customer data, and support marketing campaigns targeted at specific customer segments.

·

Market Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to propose innovate ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:·

Proven experience (1-3) years in marketing coordination or similar role.·

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.·

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.·

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics).·

Knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing best practices·

Familiarity with graphic design principles and SEO/SEM concepts is a plus.·

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
