About The Role
Manage a global team of controllers, including team building, mentoring, training, and assignment prioritization.
Act as a strong business partner for the local teams (finance and business), manage communication channels, policy updates, and support new business initiatives.
Drive initiatives to continuously improve and simplify operational processes, policies, reporting, expansion, and compliance (Tax and Statutory).
Local payroll review and management
Intercompany transactions alignment
Implement and improve financial and accounting systems and processes, using tech and BI tools and controls for enhanced reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with peers (procurement, legal, operations, and other business units)
Ensure compliance with SOX policies and procedures
Your Experience & Skills
8-10 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a high-tech (SAAS) organization
5 years of managerial experience
CPA with Big 4 experience, high-tech industry, SAAS companies – a big advantage
Exceptional business partnering skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and at various levels within a company.
Proven managerial and leadership experience.
Sense of urgency and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
Positive, hands-on, and proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Experience with ERP systems and processes
