WORK LOCATION: San Luis Obispo, CA

Core Purpose:
There are many process improvement projects which will help the site attain higher levels of safety, quality and productivity.

In this role, you will:
Evaluate and measure process performance, identify root causes of poor process performance, prove the causes, develop countermeasures to mitigate causes, implement mitigating actions in a timely manner, check if the mitigations worked, standardize the improvements.

You're a good fit if you have:
•Understanding of Processes and Controls
•Mechanical aptitude
•People and teamwork oriented
•Problem solving skills
•Some knowledge of data analysis
