Mechanical Engineering Co-Op - Fall 2024

WORK LOCATION: San Luis Obispo, CA
This is a fall 2024 co-op, beginning in June/July, ending in December.
Core Purpose:
The Co-Op will participate in Engineering projects and assist other Project/Mechanical Engineers while expanding their knowledge and helping them learn skills not necessarily taught in school.
In this role, you will:
Assist in CAD Models, design reviews, calculations, application of engineering fundamentals.
You're a good fit if you have:
- Solidworks, Autocad or similar, Office
- Previous work/internship experience working in a manufacturing setting
- Problem solving ability
- Critical thinking
- Clear communication skills
- Engineering Principles
Desired Major & Graduation Date:
Mechanical Engineering 2024/2025
Your success will be measured by:
•Basic engineering functions such as CAD, Calculations, Bill of Materials, Project participation and/or design presentations.
•Creativity and Innovation in the Entegris PACE Values that is required in this role.
•Openly sharing ideas and learn how to brainstorm in a collaborative design engineering environment.

Compensation Range: $25-$30/per hour
