This means that employment with Trust Automation is at the mutual consent of the employer and the employee and is subject to termination by either party at will, with or without cause or advance notice.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the MFGE Technician is to leverage technical expertise and hands-on engineering and manufacturing experience towards 1) the development of processes and improvements for new products and 2) the sustainment and improvement of existing products.

Level 2 is an intermediate level of MFGE status within Trust Automation, with increasing accountability and ability to operate independently. In comparison to Level 1, there is less direct supervision under the MFGE Manager, and more time assigned towards direct collaboration within IPTs (Integrated Product Teams) and higher level stakeholders within Operations and Engineering.
