Install Site Leader

Location: Warren, MI 48093 (Ford Van Dyke) or Chihuahua, Mexico ** (Open to one location or both)**

Shift: Standard Day Shift (6:00 AM Start)

Pay: Competitive (Salary not listed)

About the Role:

We are searching for experienced Installation Specialists to join our team as Site Leaders As a Site Leader, you will play a critical role in coordinating the successful build and installation of equipment at our customer facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the installation process at customer sites, ensuring all aspects (electrical, mechanical, and fluids) adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Act as the Project Manager (PM) in the field, serving as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the installation.
  • Effectively communicate project details, progress updates, and any potential issues to the customer, both verbally and in writing.
  • Read, interpret, and work from blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) to manage project documents, schedules, and resources.
  • Lead and supervise teams of trade specialists in the field, with minimal direct on-site management support.
  • Must be eligible to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.
Qualifications:
  • One-year certificate from a college or technical school in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Must be fluent in English (written and oral communication). (Specify additional language requirements if applicable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
  • Ability to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.
