What you’ll do:
  • General clerical duties, including:
    • Greeting visitors to the building
    • Managing and ordering office supplies, marketing material, and apparel
    • Planning company events and employee activities
    • Assisting with marketing campaigns
    • Processing mail
    • Answering the phone and directing callers to the correct resource
    • General office and facilities administration
  • Supply Chain duties, including:
    • Obtain order confirmations and document tracking information
    • Manage product backorders
    • Process warranty claims
    • Placing client orders
    • Working with vendors on price and availability
    • Responding to order status requests
    • Monitoring and correcting exceptions to automated processes

Applicants with prior experience in a customer service job and a college education are preferred.
