Description
You will enjoy working for a fast-paced, globally recognized custom manufacturer that has aggressive growth goals. We have recently acquired an additional 100,000 sq ft facility in Hayward, CA. Our core competencies are in low to medium volume plastic component manufacturing and module assembly. We serve equipment manufacturers in semiconductor, electronics, medical, biomedical, solar, green energy, oil & gas, testing instruments and other industrial equipment.
CHawk Technologys manufacturing processes include plastic thermoforming (vacuum, pressure and drape forming), plastic fabrication, hot gas welding, fusion and diffusion bonding, contamination free and high precision CNC machining (3-5 Axis) and module assembly.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Includes but not limited to the following:**
* Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquires about orders, accounts, and services.
* Handling and resolving customer orders and complaints via email, phone or online tools.
* Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing and commit dates.
* Investigating and resolving any issue on orders or billings with internal departments and customers
* Coordinating customers service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
* Referring complaints of service or product failure or errors to appropriate personnel for
* Communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the reporting manager.
* Perform other related duties as required
* Promotes a safe work environment
* Must maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S standards
Knowledge, Skills & Additional Info
**Requirements/ Education/Experience:**
* AS diploma, comparable work experience
* 2+ years related work experience preferred
* Calmness under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode.
* Good decision-making and communication skill.
* Interest in helping and working with customers.
* Should have sound practical judgment of priorities.
* Familiar with Microsoft office.
**Work Environment & Physical Demands:**
* Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel and operate computer, phone and other tools as needed
* Ability to reach with hand and arms
* Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, speak and listen
* Ability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed
