This individual will inspire and drive a team who will work cross functionally to bring these pillars to life across paid, owned and earned marketing channels.Integrated Marketing:Drive brand and business growth via authentic, consistent and impactful connections with consumers; build the amaran brand through the lens of our 3 strategic pillars and create meaningful and emotional connections and conversations with our consumers through Partnerships, Social, Influencer, Cause Marketing, Brand Channels and Events/Activation.Drive traffic to and manage the consumer experiences at amaran.com online store + all other owned channels.. Work with global cross functional teams and regional marketing team and China ecomm team as well as external agencies to bring consumers to the store through marketing and events, delivering an immersive experience that inspires consumers to adopt amaran product ecosystem.Continuously analyze the impact of our marketing efforts and find opportunities to drive better results.Brand Marketing and Campaign Planning:Oversee the development and execution of global Brand plans(storytelling), promotions and campaigns to provide a singular One amaran point of view. Seasonal brand stories integrate with new product introduction. Events (both online/offline) include major trade shows, retail moments like Holidays, seasonal promotional events and amaran own event.Lead strategy for dot-com events and brand opportunities. Includes amaran brand storytelling and the design and execution of the 3 strategic pillars on amaran.com. (URL TBD)Creative Services:Manage external creative agencies and internal team of creative directors and copywriters to create assets for promotional activities and amaran owned channels (dot-com and social platforms).Responsible for brand leadership and driving more efficient creative development processes, consistency of brand assets and consumer experience.Work with Global teams to localize campaigns and toolkits for regional marketing team. Manage timelines and budgets required.Minimum QualificationsA bachelor's degree with 10+ years of brand creative, strategy, operations, integrated marketing and brand partnership expertise.Expert in in brand marketing fundamentals (consumer/shopper, equity/products, go to market, creative operations, experiential, social/influencer, etc.)Strong social media experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTubeCreative mindset and track record of developing new ideas that engage and delight the consumer and shopperStrong history with execution of physical brand experience/eventsFluent in all aspects of brand strategy and end-to-end customer experienceSuccessfully led and executed major campaigns from conception to launch to optimization, analyzing results and providing insightful campaign analyticsLeadership skills to guide and influence diverse teams into a focused brand and marketing strategyProven ability to manage multiple stakeholder interests and coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completionDemonstrated use of techniques and tools to coordinate and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate with and present to team members at all levelsHighly adaptive and flexible, comfortable with ambiguityExcellent situational awareness and emotional intelligenceBilingual in Mandarin is a plusThe hiring range for this position in Los Angeles is $160,000 to $180,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
