In this role, responsibilities include:

Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.) Thorough understanding of each project - scope, requirements, specifications Client interaction during precon and closeout phase Creation of preconstruction documents Tracking submittal register and status of submittals Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination Assistance with coordinating subcontractors and/or Procurement of construction materials Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks

Minimum Requirements:

1 - 3 years of experience Experience with construction software is preferred Word and Excel skills Strong leadership skills Excellent oral and written communication Ability to prioritize and manage time Strong follow up Ability to establish relationships Self-motivated Organized and attentive to detail
