Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning and Handover: Oversee the comprehensive handover of functional buildings to our customers, providing continuous consultation and support beyond occupancy.
  • Optimization and Planning: Prepare ongoing optimization proposals to ensure successful commissioning, taking into account guidelines and performance profiles.
  • Commissioning Coordination: Plan and coordinate commissioning processes for buildings, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and functionality of building services systems, adhering to deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Technical Coordination: Accompany and coordinate all technical participants during the commissioning process, facilitating cross-functional acceptance processes.
  • Documentation and Training: Supervise the handover of documentation for technical systems and provide training and instructions for operators.
  • Project Acquisition: Support in acquiring new projects, leveraging your expertise and network.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Completed degree or training in energy and building technology, building automation, electrical or telecommunications engineering, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: High social competence, respectful interaction with project participants, basic knowledge of building regulations and technical building equipment, and experience in assessing functional processes in terms of deadlines.
  • Interest in Strategic Growth: Interest in working in a new strategic group, driving innovation and growth.
