Skills and Experience Required for All Locations:

  • Customer Service Experience: A strong background in customer service is highly valued.
  • Annual Enrollment Exposure: Any experience with annual enrollment processes is a plus.
  • Call Center Experience: Experience in a call center environment is beneficial.
  • Benefits Knowledge: Some knowledge or experience with benefits administration is ideal.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new tech tools.
  • Insurance Experience: Experience in the insurance industry is a bonus but not required.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to switch between different clients and tasks smoothly, such as working with MetLife one day and another client the next.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Annual Enrollment: Help manage and facilitate annual enrollment processes.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Provide excellent customer service in a call center setting.
  • Support Benefits Administration: Offer accurate information and assistance regarding benefits.
  • Resolve Issues: Use critical thinking to solve problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Utilize Tech Tools: Use Microsoft Office and other tech tools to manage and report data.
  • Adapt to Different Clients: Quickly adjust to different clients and their unique requirements.
  • Maintain High Service Levels: Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
