Responsibilities:Vendor ManagementVendor Onboarding with PIMAssisting Vendor Care team when needed in setting up PIM users.Communicating to vendors with PIM changes that effect item creationCollaborating with vendors for additional data points when neededEnsure Vendor set up flow is maintained and communicate with Accounting/Merchants for initialization before engaging sku ingestionProduct Information Management (PIM) administration Maintain PIM procedures and generate error reporting for clean upReview and update best practices and documentation to reflect current standardsSet up List of Values (LOVs) with accuracy to detail following SOPWork multiple teams to determine best practicesWork with Data Models for attribute local, type and communicate edits with IT partners for version controlCatalog ManagementUpdating procedures with SKU changes to better identify product lifecycle flow.Utilizing defect reporting to work with merchant team and bulk update data points for productsExecute identified changes and improvements to both the internal product catalog and the product content that appears on site and storesUpdate operational catalog attributes including weight, dimensions, lithium batteries, etc.E-commerce Catalog SupportUpdate/maintain GTIN/UPC as identified to ensure best use of marketing $ spend for Google FeedsSupport site merchandising quality assurance, confirming accuracy of product placements on site, and including promotional and seasonal product pricing.Flipping product SKUs to an active onsite experience once inventory is receivedFlipping product SKUs to an inactive onsite experience once last available (for discontinued products) inventory is soldBasic Qualifications:1-3 years' experience working with customers, clients, and or vendorsStrong written and verbal communication skillsModerate-to-strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)Data entry skills, with the flexibility to work across multiple systems dailyA relentless focus on quality and meticulous attention to detailEffective time management Ability to follow process flows and suggest improvementsFamiliarity with product catalog software and relational databasesPreferred Qualifications:High School diploma or GED requiredExperience in Retail, eCommerce, Customer Service, or Operations supportBasic-to-intermediate SQL skills
