The Senior HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving Printful's talent activities globally and making a meaningful impact on our organization and its people. The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading the global People Partnership function, a centralized pool of HR Managers who provide operational support and people partnership across all of Printful's locations globally - US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain, Poland, and Latvia. This role involves collaborating with Talent Directors, HR Managers, and key stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation of talent activities, cultural strategies, stakeholder support, and leadership development. The position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership & communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and innovative company culture.

Your daily tasks will entail:
  • Implementation of talent activities: Collaborate with Talent Directors and local HR Managers to develop and execute strategic plans. Support the execution of talent activities and provide strategic direction and guidance to the HR Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, priorities, and local contexts.
  • Cultural ambassadorship and strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance company culture on a global scale. Encourage HR Managers to act as cultural ambassadors, reinforcing the company's culture and values in their interactions. Drive initiatives to innovate and maintain a vibrant company culture, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, relevance, and impact in diverse locations. Promote and embody the company's values, fostering a positive work environment that resonates with employees at all levels.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and recommendations on HR-related matters, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus on key initiatives. Serve as a single point of contact for stakeholders, streamlining communication channels and ensuring clarity and consistency in interactions. Act as an escalation point for complex HR matters, collaborating with key stakeholders to address challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Facilitate collaboration between HR Managers and stakeholders, promoting cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing. Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts between HR policies and legal requirements, driving continuous improvement in HR practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and regulations across all locations.
  • Leadership & Management: Support the professional growth and development of HR Managers across all company locations globally to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality operational support and people partnership at a local level. Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing to promote continuous improvement and innovation within the global People Partnership function. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance HR Managers' skills, knowledge, and competencies. Establish performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
What we expect from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate organizational goals into actionable HR initiatives, and experience in implementing and innovating company culture on a global scale.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the organization's operations across various locations both in Europe and North America, and a deep understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to navigate complex HR matters and in cooperation with relevant stakeholders ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and influence at all levels.
  • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams in a global, multi-location environment and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
