Job Description

Under general direction, responsible for the daily operations of an individual project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Capable of running multiple entire projects of $200,000 to $3+ million or bid packages on a larger project. Supervises and directs the daily efforts of superintendents, subcontractors and internal administrative sides of each project.

Requirements

Responsibilities include project setup and subcontracting strategy, shop drawing review and processing, contract changes, owner/architect/engineer daily relations, subcontractor relations, and all required owner and in-house reporting. Familiar with Job Order Contracting line-item estimates using Winest software utilizing RS Means is a plus. Strong estimating skill/experience required. Responsible for the profit/loss for their projects. An undergraduate degree in Construction Management or engineering and 5+ years of related experience is highly preferred.
