Contributes to forecasts and disbursements by performing schedule analysis. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying (or similar). 10+ years of relevant experience delivering solutions for contractors, subcontractors and owners on Energy, Consultancy, Technology and/or Government Services projects, and/or owners on Hydrocarbon, Government Services, Power, Mining or Infrastructure projects. Significant experience with contract and subcontract formulation and administration. Prior hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: risk management, contract administration, subcontracts, and/or project management. Experience of the entire project lifecycle in a EPC, or PMC contract management is essential in acquiring the knowledge necessary for effective commercial management and claims resolution. Field/project assignments for EPC, PMC, Services and/or Government Services projects. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Team player with the ability to work unsupervised and prioritize and execute commercial risk management activities to achieve deadlines.
