**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Oversee all operations of Customer Service within the assigned region

* Monitor daily Customer Service Operations and activities for Sales Personnel

* Will provide assistance to customers and sales personnel by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues

* Submitting profiles for approval

* Scheduling pickup and deliveries of customer material and will confirm customer appointments

* Will coordinate customer pickups with transportation

* Notify and resolve issues with load discrepancies

* Quote potential waste streams

* Maintain customer price schedules

* And other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

* A Bachelors degree in environmental science (or related degree) from an accredited University is preferred or two years of industry-related experience

* Strong professional communication and organization skills are required

* Must be friendly and service oriented

* Have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Must able to multi-task

* Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOPs, and waste manifests, are required

* Ability to work well with others and a proficiency in Excel is required

* Proficiency in SAP is a plus

* The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, are required
