When you join our team as a Senior Corporate Finance Business Partner (SFBP), you will play a crucial role in our Corporate FP&A team, working closely with executive leadership to ensure that new programs and initiatives support our financial and strategic goals. As a trusted advisor, you will offer outstanding financial analysis and mentorship to executive leadership, assessing financial performance across various areas and providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong connections with leaders to collaboratively manage and optimize their annual budgets and performance, ensuring adherence to budgetary plans and forecasts.
  • Analyze variances and present variance analyses to senior staff in a simple, concise format.
  • Collaborate with Executive leaders to assess proposals supporting our short and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Challenge leaders to think strategically about team structure and resource allocation.
  • Gain an understanding of the organization's key strategic priorities and analyze prioritization.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking to tackle problems and build recommendations.
  • Drive successful completion of ad-hoc projects and financial modeling.
  • Value a mission-based culture and prioritize doing what's right for our families and employees.
Qualifications: Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (MBA degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in a medium to large national, multi-brand company in a corporate/strategic business partner role.
  • Proven track record to develop, build, and understand sophisticated financial models, with a proficient understanding of accounting principles and financial planning concepts.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting software (Workday, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion.
